History

eWPS was initially developed by Environmental Consultants Inc. (ECI) in 1999 in response to the unmet needs of its utility clients for a simple, cost effective, secure, customizable method for capturing, accessing and analyzing asset and vegetation data.

Since that time, eWPS has gone through consistent improvement and testing and has been successfully utilized by a wide range of organizations in a variety of industries.

We are proud that today, eWPS is supplied by a certified women-owned business in the ECI family of companies to clients throughout the world.

ECI was originally formed in 1972 and has been developing software for its clients since 1984.
